All kidding aside....this was great. I went from a 40 inch waste
(I never bought the jeans, but I should have) to a 35 inch waist.

It feels good.....but I probably need some mental help to figure out
why something like this can motivate me to lose weight but I'll not
be motivated to just be healthier for its own sake.
